For sale is a local, well established and lucrative small business which serves the Worthington area exclusively. I expect to bring in $600,000.00 in revenue from 2025 and the business was evaulated at the end of 2024 at $675,000.00 (see attached valuation) I have a landscape and hardscape crew, each with their own foreman. My role is mainly doing estimates, maintaining equipment, creating fliers for marketing, schedule and collecting. Market Outlook / Competition
My entire business is residential and is run out Worthington. The vast majority of customers are within 4 neighborhoods and the rest within a six-mile radius. This allows me to provide a high level of personal attention and quality that simply can't be matched. While there are plenty of other businesses around, I I don't compete on cost, I compete in quality, and there's no one that beats me on quality, period. My customers are willing and have the funds to to pay a little extra for quality work.
Opportunities for Growth
I've focused on just landscaping but most other businesses in my category also do lawn mowing and lawn care (applications, etc.). These are two key markets that would be easy to get into utilizing the same client base. Also, once a client trusts you with one service, they start trusting you with others so you could even offer siding, windows, roofing, home remodeling, etc.
