The Outrage is an activist apparel brand founded in 2016. We have developed a profitable business model and a loyal customer base of over 200k people throughout the country. Given our mission, we have never been solely focused on generating revenue- though we have been quite successful and without investment have brought in $10 million+ through apparel and partnerships.
Our founding team is moving on to our next adventure and we are looking for someone who cares about the mission and has the skillset to take The Outrage into the future. You'll be starting with a solid customer base, high demand (over $200k in back in stock requests), a rolodex of hundreds of partners, and an excellent reputation in the activist space. We'll also make sure to set you up for success with a thorough onboarding and our playbook for success.
We have been intentional in setting our sale price below multiple third-party valuations done over the years. We are hoping to provide someone an opportunity that might otherwise be out of reach- if you are agnostic to the mission, you're not our buyer. We are well-established with our reputation in the space and have a steady stream of partnership requests. Our corporate partnership fee is $50k.
- Opportunities for Growth
- We are not currently actively managing the business (i.e. no new product launches or marketing) and instead are collecting passive revenue. We have a backlog of partnership and brand requests and over 200k of back in stock requests that could be fulfilled. We have six figures of organic revenue, with 46% of Q4 2024 revenue coming from returning customers. In years where we actively managed the business our lowest revenue was 1.3M.
