I will sell the Monoï of Maui brand. Which I created in 2009, and has been a steady seller since then.
We have not really pushed this brand ever—but mostly picked up business here and there with our customers who were already selling our Perfumes. Why did we not push it? Frankly, because by 2009, I was already 62 and Linda already 60, with neither of us being naturally robust. The physical act of lifting and carrying and delivering was less appealing compared with the very light weight Perfumes. In short, we chose the easy money. If you want to make money—and get some light to medium intensity exercise while you’re at it, this brand will be an easy fit. Customers love it and we have plenty of individual reviews to prove it.
Third Step
Hawaiian Classic Perfumes is also for sale—but I will not entertain selling it until the Sunscreen brand and the Monoï Oil brand is sold.
There are many moving parts to the Perfume business and I need to direct full attention to it to set a buyer on a path to success. And I cannot and must not consent to being distracted from the completion of Step One and Step Two above.
The Perfume is not for the faint of heart (unless you want to make some serious money) and gain the prestige of running a successful and glamorous business…
Because of Supply Chain disruptions around the Pandemic-- and worse yet because of Supply Chain Disruptions insanely created in Washington, we are slowly phasing out our lovely Collectible Porcelain Perfume Bottles.
To be sure, we are not quitting the business—but we are pondering new packaging— which is not to say that you, the business buyer, could not revive the Porcelain Bottles. It is possible (though not so easy) but I can guide you if that is your wish.
But you ought to know this: we sell plenty of these Perfumes in Glass, and the price points are not far below the same sizes in Porcelain.

- Office is in a prime on-street location in a small town on Maui's North Shore.High ceilings make for a spacious feeling. Parking is easy with a large parking lot and ample street parking as well. The building was formerly a pineapple cannery, converted years ago to many workshop spaces, some evolving into retail spaces. Rent is reasonable for Maui. We're on good terms with the landlord, and our business has been a good fit here since August of 2009. We hove plenty of storage cabinets and lots of steel shelving and file cabinets.

- Honestly, we have not pushed the marketing for years, as we make more than enough money for our situation. To save our sanity (in our 70's). we cut back on travel, and cut back on employees (and income) as well. A little relaxation has been good as we are not spring chickens anymore. For the new owners, expansion of these brands will be easy if you have "fire in the belly". You'll need to devote time, and concentration of energy at the start and then move forward with one or two reasonably paid competent employees.
