Sandwich is the place to go in Illinois for antiques with 11 shops and monthly antique shows at the famous Sandwich Fairgrounds in the summer. At 11,000 square feet and 36 dealers, we are the second largest shop. We have been in business for nine years with sales increasing each year. One block south of our store customers can get a great meal served in an 1896 dining car used by Teddy Roosevelt when he ran for the Bull Moose Party. Two blocks east is the historic Sandwich Opera House with regular weekend events. One mile west is the Sandwich Fair which draws many thousands of people into town for the Sandwich Fair each September and other events and other events throughout the year.

We occupy 11,000 square feet on two levels at the main intersection of downtown Sandwich. The Burlington Railroad is planning a stop in Sandwich. It will probably be years before it happens but it is in the works.
There are 11 antique shops and a dozen other unique shops in town. The antique business is unique in that the more stores in town the more people are drawn to shop. We have just scratched the surface in internet selling.

Besides the Chamber of Commerce, there are two groups in town with the goal of promoting tourism in Sandwich. One, SAM or Sandwich Association of Merchants has been around for years and runs several events each year to raise money to promote Sandwich.
