FY2025 produced some of the strongest revenue growth in the company's history, and it was not the product of a single event — it was the result of several deliberate commercial and operational moves compounding within the same year. On the demand side, ownership renegotiated the fee arrangement with the company's largest referral partner — improving the economics on every job that source already generated — while simultaneously deepening the relationship to win a meaningfully larger share of that partner's total referral volume.
