3 major sources of revenue, dry van and container rentals 35%, container sales 45% delivery and moving of untis 20%. customer base is comprised of a wide variety of clientele, from home owners whoi rent and purcahse to retail or manufacturing firms who rent or purchase storage units for additional warehouse space or for temporary storage of excess merchandise, or for contractors storing materials on job sites for new or remodeling. The variety of end use provides deversity in customers and markets to soften any major changes in market conditions. Revenue and profits have been steady throughout the eight years of our ownership, with no one customer holding a substancial percentage of our business. We have over 180 customers who represent or sales, with only one customer representing about 10% of the total. Opportunities exist in growing the business model for business to business customers, along the way utilizing existing warehouse capabilities with oiur location. We own our website and the majority of orders are generated via email or telephone. We have one part-time office person and a part-time driver. Rentall assets include 96 40' containers, 58 20' containers, and 26 dry vans. We also maintain several container units for sales inventory. additiona company assets include a 1999 huster xl 280 forklift reworked in 2021, 2016 freightiner m class that pulls the 40' traileze trailser to move and deliver large units, we have a 2012 freightliner m calss 20' flatbed tow truck to move and deliver the small units, 2007 international 8500 that moves and delivers dry vans. typical office and shop equipment to run the business.
