Project Exercise (the "Company") is a boutique fitness franchisor and multi-unit operator providing strength-focused group training, personal training, and nutrition services to fitness enthusiasts across premium West Coast markets. The Company specializes in a proprietary programming structure that rotates training focus on a regular cycle, delivering personalized workout experiences with live progress tracking designed to help members build muscle, maximize longevity, and achieve measurable fitness results within a supportive community environment. The transaction includes the corporate franchisor entity and four corporate-owned locations, while additional franchised locations operated by independent franchisees remain outside the scope of this sale.

Operations are supported by a fully built-out franchisor-level executive team, including a CFO, which oversees core administrative and financial functions. As a result, the owner’s day-to-day involvement is limited, with systems and leadership in place to manage ongoing operations.

At the unit level, each location is led by a dedicated General Manager responsible for daily execution, staffing, scheduling, and local performance management.
