The truck is equipped with a Simonelli Aurelia Wave Volumetric 2-group espresso machine, 2 grinders, churro maker, fryer, warmer, convection oven, full size fridge, prep fridge, under counter fridge, ice cream dipping cabinet, ice bin, wire shelving, and a speed rack. The equipment is powered by an ion battery system, which means no generator needed, just keep it charged and it's ready to go.
