- 2023 Freedom Trailers 8.5' X 16' tandem-axle enclosed trailer with 5' V-nose, including a dedicated V-nose generator compartment with pull-out generator shelf and a fully enclosed bathroom. The custom commercial build-out was completed by Food Truck Brit (Florence, KY) based on a layout designed with input from experienced foodservice consultants. The trailer includes dual service windows (one on each side of trailer) and insulated aluminum exterior construction.
The interior is fully insulated for temperature and sound control, includes and optimized bar layout for speed and efficiency, commercial rubber flooring, stainless steel work surfaces, and foodservice-approved wall and ceiling finishes. Onboard freshwater, gray water, and black water tanks, are included, along with a three-compartment sink, dedicated handwashing sink, and isolated water systems for brewing equipment and ice machine.
