Description:
To perform removal and installation of radio and or instrument systems in aircraft, including weight and balance reports for aircraft up to 50,000 lbs. This authorization includes radio and or instruments appropriate to the ratings held by this Repair Station and also to include the removal and installation of directional gyros, artificial horizons, gyroscopic rate-of-turn indicators, altimeters, airspeed indicators, rate-of-climb indicators, clocks, hour meters, electric temperature indicators, instrument panel lighting systems, pitot/static plumbing systems and compasses in accordance with manufacturers instructions and data approved by the Administrator. This Repair Station may approve for return to service only those aircraft altered in accordance with previously approved data. Use the methods, techniques, and practices prescribed in the current manufacturer's maintenance manual or Instructions for Continued Airworthiness prepared by its manufacturer, or other methods, techniques, and practices acceptable to the Administrator To perform line maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, servicing, replacement of components and hot section inspections.
