Market Outlook / Competition
Creede is extremely busy in the summer and there is not a lot of competition. We are the only fast/casual full service restaurant in town. Folks can grab a quick meal, even when we are really busy, or they can hang out and stay for a while. Creede's popularity continues to grow. We have tourists in the Summer who eat at Kip's Grill multiple times a week. In the winter, we are the only ones open for dinner. We have a great local following and make strong efforts to keep things interesting in the winter.
Opportunities for Growth
Yes, lots of growth opportunities. The upstairs could be open more on a regular basis. There have been several inquiries into franchising Kip's in other areas and a new owner could pursue that.
