The sale of my South Philly Snyder's Lance L route just fell through. There are 8 large supermarkets currently steadily grossing 12-13,000 per week over last 8 months. Average over last 52 weeks is 10,644 because previous owner's sales (mine) much lower early in the year. Snyder's says FMV is mathematically 216,147 at 10,644 weekly number. Actual FMV calculated at steady and historic run rate is somewhere between 243 and 264. Never in it it for the equity and will sell for 205 to move on. Already sold the truck.
