Location or relocation: The company keeps its inventory in 2 warehouses, one in Queens NY and one in New Haven CT. Since rent in CT is much lower than it in NYC, moving the stocks to CT is in the plan. Rents for storage are well below markets and can be transferred to buyer. This does not stop buyer from relocating because the nature of this business – Most our customers don't come to us; they know whom you are by the brand name and order what they want by browsing by our website – so the person handling the sales can work remote. As to the person handling the pick and pack, options are that you either hire a part-time guy from the warehouse in CT, or you move the stocks to the town where your co-worker live.
