Unique limo business different from any other limo business

All the customer base are 90% repeat and can only get a service like ours through us which is what the business has been built to be like "The Uber Of Limos"

The customer base that is used to it along with its standard and extremely affordable prices making the customer base super sticky and almost impossible to depart all while having the ability to do the "classic limo" business being that the vehicles owned are stretch limos which gives the company a hedge to be able to capture both styles of customers and hedge its position.

The business originally started in 2019 to transport Airbnb customers from an area in Austin called West Campus by the University and ever since its inception it was always running where prices were affordable. The students quickly caught on and the "$5 Limo" was born where the service was to transport students from west campus to downtown (an 8 minute ride) for 5$ per person (Limo fits 14-22 persons)

in 2021 lots of the customer base has grown to where people wanted to get rides from different locations and the "Uber of Limos" system was born which is a simple $3 per minute with a minimum of $69 dollars for any rides within the inner service zone. This made the business further more differentiated from other business in the transportation industry in which all customers can get a price on their own without having to call in or get a quote which further increased revenues and customers repeat transaction due to the transparent model. All limo are escalade stretch that fit 14-22 persons with an average cost of no more than 30,000 at purchase price

At the height of it in 2022 the company had 13 limos and well over 500k in annual revenues of which case then an app was built ( Not included) and expansion took place to different state(s).

Due to this location being the first one and having a system where people can book off the website (Limosondemand.com) the bulk of customers still book there hence the business is for sale

huge room to grow can be obtained by

Answering the phone calls that come in (Versus current set up which allows customers to text ONLY)

Either revamping one of the limo to handle classic limo transaction for high end clients

Adding a new style of limos or Mercedes sprinter for older clientele which typically lean towards that

Lowering the prices further as they were back in 2022 when the company was at its peak.

Most important is for the owner operator to drive themselves which by itself can make a difference of 4-8 thousand a month almost instantly specially when owner is driving.

All the above were not done or had to be paused to put a lid on the business to be able to run it remotely for the current owner

The biggest challenges in this business is the labor and the heat. Labor however can be resolved with a presence of an owner as well as the heat situation has been primarily resolved by installing external power units (Generators) and external ac units (RV AC) to battle the Texan heat. This saved a huge amount of repairs by no longer needing the ac in the limo itself

The ideal buyer is someone looking to run the business and be either the main driver or present on most drivers .Such a person would be the one most primed to scale up in few months and current owner would be willing to owner finance the business interest free

Opportunities for Growth
When the business was ran exclusively and fully time by the owner business generated well over half a million in revenues yearly in years 2021 and 2022. Since then owner got involved in other business and ventures that took away the attention as well as moved out of town and ran it virtually for the last year and with that demand had to have a lid put on it to be able to manage such. Until today there is more demand than can be supplied due to the above mentioned constraints.
