- Current owner is willing to stay on short term (up to 1 month) if needed for someone new to vending. Price will change slightly to accommodate an agreed upon commensurate compensation, or the current owner can be compensated outside of the purchase price. This accommodation would be for things such as, “how to do something”, or “where to get something”, third party relationships, etc… Not for the actual servicing of the business.
- Comes with all sites, machines, and inventory in the machines at the time of sale. Machines will be emptied of cash the day prior to final sale (other than appropriate coin for normal operations, so the business is up and running on day 1 for the new owner). All cashless sales until date of sale will be property of the current owner, all sales on or after date of sale, with be property of the new owner.
- Introductions to “points of contact” at the sites will happen once all sales documents are signed and executed, with payment in full.
- Interested buyers will sign a CDA to view the financials and look at overview/map of the business after initial level of interest and requisite financial capability has been established.
