Business Description
Thank you for your inquiry! We represent the Part 135 Operator for this offering, he is the sole creator of this 135 and has operated it successfully for the past 13 years with no FAA issues ever on record, and it’s represented “active/good/perfect” FAA standing. Perfect for King Airs or Citation Jets. Current D085: Citation S550-II. B050/OpSpecs: USA48, Canada, Caribbean and Bahamas. Seller is a pilot, DO/CP and can help with transition to purchaser’s team or can stay on part-time if wanted. There’s a handful of existing Part 135 clients and seller also can show you how to land many “organ charter flights” if you wish to really ramp up charter flights and add more aircraft/teams. Ask: $750k for the 135 Entity Only | Citation S550-II: Add $1.595m.

Wash, DC FAA FSDO.
Manassas/Dulles, DC KHEF Airport.
Seller/One Owner Founded: 2012.
BASIC Approval: SINGLE that turned into BASIC in 2018, allows for up to 5 aircraft, 5 pilots, 3 aircraft types.

BACKGROUND:
Owner/Founder started this 135 with a King Air, which he used primarily for business travel at that time. Thinking it would be a great plane for 135 mission and instead of putting it on someone else's certificate, instead chose to start his own company in order to have full operational control. Eventually, upgraded to a Citation SII in 2018. His full time job, running his technology company, which he founded in 1999, has grown exponentially, which has created a challenge to manage and expand both ventures. Owner still loves flying, but time constraints have reduced his flying potential to be minimized primarily to business and pleasure purposes. Although they have a really good client base, they have not flown much in the last few years. There's a lot of business from direct clients + trips from brokers and Medevac. Skynet is on the go to list of multiple Medevac and Organ flights companies. NORA one of the key Medevac companies is expanding and as recent as last week they asked for more support, but this 135 Operator hasn’t been able to help them much. That’s where “YOU COME IN…” Seller can train and help you scale upward. No problem! Skynet offers a unique opportunity for someone passionate about aviation to continue and expand this venture.
