The firm operates from two physical locations, however only ~15% of the tax clients physically come into the office. All audit clients are virtual and vast majority of tax clients are virtual. We believe the 15% that come into the office would be amenable to going virtual.
Services offered to tax clients include: Business and personal tax prep, payroll tax filings, 1099 filings, tax planning, hourly bookkeeping. Most tax work is completed during traditional tax season.
Services to the audit clients are steady throughout the year as most clients extend tax returns. This is a great benefit to have most of the audit work completed in the summer months.
