We have a wonderful market of one of the highest gross incomes in the state. Lots of waterfront and more homes being built daily. The competition is not very relevant as we are very established and have 5 star reviews on every platform. This business could grow quickly with the right person to the point of more vans and larger market presence.
Growth & Expansion:
I have scaled back due to physical injuries not related to work. I didn't take a lot of opportunities due to health and wanting to spend more time with my family. Growth would be easy for someone that wanted to take the opportunities that come easily with the great reputation of the company and some simple sales calls. I didn't want to expand more than where it is at for those reasons listed but the right person could take this and run.
I will offer 1 month of training and support along with an introduction to key clients and contract companies. I will offer phone assistance as best as I can for anything that may come up after the 1 month training for the first year and some within reason after. I want the next person to succeed and make a good living so I will help when I can.
