Our business is a complete interior design studio. We tell our clients “if you see it on HGTV, we have probably done it”. But we started in 1986, before HGTV even existed. All the products we specify we also sell and install. We specify all floor covering, granite, wall and window coverings, lighting, doors, railings, cabinets, furniture, etc. for both residential and commercial and our own remodel projects. All above products are bought direct.
We have one of the most coveted upper end clientele in the area and it is all word of mouth meaning “No Advertising”. But we are positioned to grow if new owner desires to do so.
One of the keys to our success is that our subcontractors are simply the best in the Inland Northwest. Their quality of work and completing our projects on time!!! All projects have both a pre-determined schedule and we complete on time! This is advertised on our van and trailer. Because our jobs are so organized the Subs like working with us because there is no wasting time waiting for jobs. They can get in and out and make decent money.

We have 3000 sq. ft of inspired show room on one of the most trafficked main streets in the Inland Northwest. Many of our Reps that travel the Northwest say it is the nicest and most inspired showroom they call on. Also includes shop and warehouse. Asking price includes $150,000 worth of samples and fixtures, van and trailer, $20,000 worth of signage and $40,000 of inventory.
There are only 3 design firms that have their own showrooms in the whole Inland Northwest and none of them have the wide offering we do nor the length of time in the Industry. In the remodel business NOBODY in the Inland Northwest has a complete showroom and Designers on staff to help the clients. This in itself separates us from the competition.
