This beautiful Skokie location has served as our company's main processing plant for 8+ years. It has a wonderful and loyal customer base that pays substantially higher than the neighborhood average for our services since we are known for our high quality.
We've grown our business now and will be moving to a larger facility in 2018. This is a somewhat unique offering in that you will be purchasing the beautiful storefront, plus the huge space for a plant in the back, but we will be removing the actual plant equipment prior to our move.
However, the infrastructure of our plant will remain intact: the gas, water, electric, etc. from the plant itself was about a $75,000 expense. Getting village approval and a certificate of occupancy for a dry cleaning plant cost another $25,000-$35,000. All of this is completed already and waiting for new equipment to be purchased and simply hooked up.
*Note* Buyer will be required to change business name and exterior/interior signage.
