This Wholesale Plant and Tree Nursery, (the “Company”), and its corporate offices are located in the U.S. Southeast. Operations are conducted from a Company owned property spanning 98 acres with a 2 story building serving as the Company’s offices. Other structures on the property include several shop buildings, a free standing covered dock structure, and 120 greenhouses. About 60 acres of growing area is covered with 6 to 10 inches of gravel.
