The owner does not want to grow the business, preferring not to hire more employees or add equipment. The owner started the business in 2016 and is now ready to retire.
Customers either pick up supplies from the location or, for larger jobs, have materials drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer, with the customer paying for the freight. There is an outside delivery person if needed, but they have not been used for a while.
