Our platform generates revenue from activity organizers who want to promote their activities and events to parents through managed marketing campaigns to our dedicated and engaged parent audience. We also offer them marketing agency type services that include managing their Meta and Google ad campaigns, SEO, creating marketing collateral, and more. The platform currently operates in over 20 markets. All revenue on this platform is in the Canadian market with massive opportunity in US markets.

Program Management App: Standalone app to help activity organizers manage their program with features to help with communication and sharing information. The platform is small but gets a lot of interest, the right owner can scale it. The little revenue that our app platform generates covers all direct expenses in its current state, including minor maintenance.

These are two separate, unrelated platforms that are being sold together as a package. New owner must take both platforms as part of our sale. These platforms sell to the same clients that include Parks and Recreation Departments, YMCA, sports organizations, camps, dance studios, youth theatres, and other non-profits. They can be cross promoted, linked, and potentially integrated.

All revenue generated from both these platforms have been reinvested for improvements. Due to this, financially they are not posting a profit on paper. However, these platforms generate high margins if the owner is able to manage them themselves or absorb them within your current operating structure, which would include the code and tech improvements that are needed for maintenance and upgrades over time.
