We provide Human Resource support to provide guidance with all recruitment efforts by your local staff, we have vendor relations with multiple sites including Indeed, GlassDoor, CareerBuilder, Monster and a few others, we will assist you in identifying the best option for your market.
We have a credit and collections team to support you, they will do credit checks on potential clients identified by you in your market, we check their credit worthiness as well. After the invoices are generated and submitted to the clients, we do the follow up to make sure the accounts are paid.
Technical support, we have vendors that are utilized in regards to various technology including but not limited to Applicant Tracking systems which help you manage your business, onboarding software as an HR function, a local website for your business and support on that website for local marketing.
We have an RN on staff who is the VP of Nursing, she handles and oversees the quality assurance of the business.
We have an operations team who works directly with the owners and their local staff, from initial and ongoing training and support to the business with weekly calls and operational reviews and any other assistance that the franchisee is looking for.
