When it comes to franchisee selection, we are looking for business professionals who have both the skill and will to build something for themselves. Our owners should have the ability to set goals and the determination to achieve them. We are looking for seasoned business people with a desire to build teams and motivate others.

Financial Requirements

Total Initial Investment Range: $134,750 to $169,500. The Franchise Fee is $57,500, due upon signing a Franchise Agreement. The remainder of the Initial Investment is incurred throughout your first year. The investment will be described in more detail as you dive into the due diligence process with a Franchise Development Team Member.

CertaPro®’s training and support is top notch. In addition, we take into consideration your preferred learning style. We teach everything from estimating, to maintaining strong margins through efficient project management, to training employees and key staff, to understanding and utilizing our sales and marketing strategies. You will have access to everything you need to become a successful member of the CertaPro® family of franchisees. Training consists of a combination of classroom, video, online and field learning. Our corporate trainer will take you through the classroom and virtual training, while your Development General Manager will support you after you start operating.

We’re with you at every step

Support does not end once you are up and running. We are available year round to help you to continue learning and developing your business. In addition, we have annual and regional events designed to facilitate peer-to-peer interaction. Lastly, we play an active role in developing the skill level and commitment of your key employees and staff so your business can scale.
