Startup Phase 1 Training - Start Up Business Preparations and Knowledge on franchisee responsibilities, franchisor responsibilities, business licensing, state licensing etc.

Pre-Opening Phase 2 Training - focuses on the day-to-day administration of the franchised business and includes training related to the selling process, taking phone calls and setting up senior care cases, recruiting strategies, hiring procedures, scheduling new job orders, payroll and billing, and office administration.

Field Specialist Training- takes place in or near the Franchisee’s Exclusive Designated Territory and is provided under the supervision of a member of our management team. The Compassionate Helpers representative travels to the Franchisee’s location in or near the Exclusive Designated Territory, at a small cost, to conduct field training which includes sales mapping, establishing contact with key referral sources, in-field sales training, office setup, and other relevant topics.

Grand Opening - Blue Ribbon Cutting event that takes place after you have successfully completed your training, etc. Get ready to open your doors to the public.
