Week 1 – Training is hands-on and real-world. During training, you will work on a variety of doors that are being refinished for actual clients. You will see our refinishing process from start to finish. You will also role-play scenarios that you will encounter in your business: presenting a quote, picking up a door, delivering a door, getting paid, and so on. The Door Renew “Refinishing Manual,” which details every step in the refinishing process, will be included in your training.

Your and your employee’s time is valuable, and you need answers quickly, so most of the videos are short, 10 minutes, and cover a single topic, i.e., “How do I prepare an estimate?” Other videos are more in-depth for more extensive issues relating to actual door restoration.
