Why Express Employment Professionals?
Why Choose Express?
RECESSION RESILIENT: The staffing industry stays strong despite market changes. Start-up costs are low and there’s no inventory.
COMMUNITY IMPACT: The average office places 600 job seekers a year and supports outreach programs in their community.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY: Express believes in helping you succeed with 8 a.m.-5 p.m. office hours that provide an optimal work-life balance.
World-Class Training & Support
Whether you have experience in staffing or are new to the industry, our support team is ready to help you establish, market, and own your franchise. From our responsive help desk to our knowledgeable Franchise Owner network, Express offers support you can depend on.
One of our unique brand strengths is that our Headquarters handles payroll funding. We are essentially your back-office administrator, processing invoices and other important paperwork for clients. This allows our Franchise Owners to spend their time building relationships with local businesses in their community and doing what they do best.
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking community-minded sales leaders who are willing to be hands-on in daily operations. Our owners have commonly led and managed teams and are driven to achieve more. They are natural relationship builders and strong communicators.
Industry experience is NOT necessary. Over 95% of our existing owners have zero industry experience. While our owners have diverse backgrounds, they all share a common focus of taking care of their customers and following the Express System, all while maintaining a positive attitude with the perfect amount of grit. Typically, candidates will need to be prepared to invest a minimum of $131,700 for the startup of the business and be able to cover personal living expenses for one year.
YOU SHOULD BE:

Testimonials
“I was looking to put myself in a position to earn the kind of money that I wanted and Express certainly it has done that. The other thing that Express has done for me is giving me the stability that I wanted, so that despite the ups and downs that may occur in our economy I would be in a strong position, and that was important for me. It means a great deal to me that Express has the training programs that they do and they are quite extensive. When we opened our franchise we received a couple of weeks of training at corporate headquarters, one week of training at a local office, and then corporate headquarters sent staff to our office to help us the first week we opened and that was just really fantastic and gave me a comfort level that when that month’s period was up we were ready to go.” – Zach Daffin, Franchise Owner “Being a single parent and an Express franchisee has allowed me at this point to have a work-life balance to where I can dedicate my time to my business but also provide some support and time and love to my children.” – Aracely Melendez, Franchise Owner “During the discovery process we really learned a lot about the culture of Express and the type of people that they look for. We also learned a lot about what they stand for and we learned a lot about how successful you can be, for yourselves and for your friends and for your family. So we really learned just a lot about how they can help us as a franchise and that’s something that I was big on. How can the franchise headquarters support, us because I’ve read some stories about franchises that don’t offer a lot of support, and I’ve heard some horror stories about that, so it really was a big sell that there was a big family and a big culture fit for us.” – Zachary & Nicole Kraehmer, Franchise Owners
