Filta is an eco-friendly service provider to over 7,500 commercial kitchens throughout North America that includes restaurants, hospitals, colleges and universities, sports and entertainment venues, grocery stores, casinos, theme parks and more. We created the fryer management industry back in the mid 90's to assist customers in reducing the amount of cooking oil they were using, providing a safer work environment, providing consistently cleaner fryers and a more consistent food product, all while reducing their carbon footprint. We've expanded to now offer the ONLY bin-free waste oil collection service in the country, as well as fresh oil delivery to make Filta a truly "cradle to grave" service to our customers. Along with our one-of-a-kind fryer management service, franchise owners also provide an all-natural moisture control system for the walk-in coolers and a proprietary weekly preventative drain treatment service as well. That’s right, Filta owners are able to generate revenue in numerous ways from the same customer base! We have national accounts and provide comprehensive training and support. Support includes a custom tailored CRM (that links into our ops management software, accounting software and scheduling software), inside sales services for our franchise owners, an on-staff recruiter to assist owners in locating new employees, 24 hour technical support, unlimited print marketing materials, local individualized websites (that we host on their behalf), and everything needed to start and operate their franchise. We are lucky to be the only franchise in this space and our franchise owners take advantage of this weekly repeat service and multiple revenue streams from every customer.

Prior to opening for business, each franchise owner will be walked through a program called "Ready Set Go" which walks them through every step of the start up process. First, the owners complete a comprehensive two-week training program that consists of classroom and in-field training. Their support team member helps them navigate all of the tasks to get done in advance of starting including van acquisition, equipment installation, getting the corporation formed, bank accounts set up, schedule training and working towards an official start date. On opening day of a new franchise, Filta provides the services of an on-site Business Development Manager who will be there for the first period of operation to ensure a smooth start up and to assist the franchise owner with their initial customer acquisitions. Once operating, Filta offers each owner complimentary inside sales services to initiate conversations with new customers, technician recruiting support, national account development, 24 hour technical support, business operations and business development support. Filta offers each owner a full suite of systems including a fully customized CRM system and operations management software program, accounting systems, online training for new employees and a comprehensive intranet system for news, announcements and ongoing training and education.
