Filta franchise owners each participate in a comprehensive 2 week training program at Filta’s headquarters in Orlando, FL. Each owner is assigned a Coach and a Business Development Manager to launch their franchise in their territory. Ongoing support systems include a custom tailored CRM and operations management program, inside sales services, an employee recruitment support program, standardized training systems for employees and an around the clock technical support hotline.
