BOSTON, MA, MAY 19, 2009: As part of a multi-unit area development agreement, Koko FitClub, LLC announced today that Sharp Energy, LLC will open the companys newest Koko FitClub franchise in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on June 1st.
Sharp Energy was awarded franchise development rights for Koko FitClub concept in the Southwest Louisiana area in January 2009.
Koko FitClub is an innovative new personal training concept that provides its members unlimited personal training for a remarkably affordable, flat monthly fee of just $49/month.
According to Koko FitClub Company Founder, Mary Obana, $49 is less than what typical gyms or personal trainers charge for a single half-hour session. We, instead, offer a months worth of private training sessions for that same price.
Each workout is 30 minutes, private, and our members can come in any time they want, as often as they want. ,adds Obana.
Koko FitClub positions itself as Personal Training. Reinvented., instead of a gym. The secret to this reinvention is its technology, namely the companys patented Koko Smartraining System.
The Smartraining System develops year-long strength and cardio fitness plans customized for each member, provides detailed exercise guidance while they workout, tracks their progress, and dynamically adapts each future workout based upon their last one. The system delivers all the benefits of personal training, without the expense and scheduling inflexibility of a private trainer.
Obana estimates the company has invested nearly $10,000,000 in developing the one-of-kind Smartraining technology since 2003. What attracted me to Koko was the combination of technology, fitness, and a very simple business operation., say Sharp Energy, LLC President, Kevin Sharp. Koko has a great competitive advantage over every other fitness franchise. Having built and sold successful franchise businesses before, we quickly saw the tremendous opportunity here for Koko and we wanted to get in early in our area.
In addition to this opening announcement, Koko FitClub franchises will be opening in numerous other states in 2009.
