Wok Box features a bold, modern interior and an open exhibition kitchen with all meals cooked to order, in view of the guest, utilizing fresh, quality ingredients. The workhorse of the kitchen is a 7 foot long, custom stainless steel wok range with five high powered gas wok burners. Dcor highlights include Hong Kong street scenes along one wall and feature walls with wood and stone elements. Hanging glass light fixtures lit with Edison bulbs are throughout the open space, creating a warm but urban environment.
Franchise owner, David Flack, spent over 25 years as a hotel executive before venturing into the Wok Box franchise. During his hotel career, Flack managed 4 and 5 star hotels and resorts in exotic locales such as Turtle Island Resort in Fiji, Rosewood Little Dix Bay Resort in Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands, Cuisinart Resort and Spa in Anguilla, and the Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
