The Franchise Select Group is a group of professional franchise consultants who help others achieve their dreams of franchise ownership. Our consultation process is a proven method of helping people identify and research franchises that present a true opportunity for success for our clients and their target markets. Our group of professionals has decades of experience in franchising. We've owned franchises, we've helped build franchises and we have helped entrepreneurs achieve success in franchising. We currently have opportunities for franchise consultants as we expand our growing network in the US.

Franchise consulting is not sales! We do not cold call nor do we pressure others into hasty buying decisions. As consultants we qualify our clients, help them identify strong franchise opportunities and assist them through the franchise research process. When one of our clients purchases that franchise we are paid a handsome commission.

Our consultants
If you have been researching the various franchise consulting business opportunities, then you are probably aware there are several firms to choose from. The Franchise Select Group is not looking to be the biggest in the industry - just the best. We are interested only in those we feel have the potential to be top producers in this industry and who will serve our clients and franchisors with honesty and integrity.

Our franchisors
Some brokers will represent any franchisor that will pay a commission, with little regard for the health, stability and growth of the business. Our experience has taught us that even the "long list" firms do deals with only a small fraction of the franchises they represent, and that the most respected and productive firms in our industry often represent the fewest franchisors. A broker is only as good as the franchises he or she suggests, and recommending unsuitable opportunities is not what our clients need. Representing franchises based on quality, not quantity, earns respect from both our clients and our franchisors.

A team effort
While most brokers operate as independent consultants, The Franchise Select Group takes a team approach to this business. We share ideas, we assist each other with webinars, marketing, franchise suggestions and more. Our initial and ongoing training, support and team interaction puts our consultants at the top time and again.

Lending partnerships
Knowing that small business lending has been one of our industry's greatest challenges over the past two years, The Franchise Select Group has created alliances with banks and other financial services to assist our clients in getting the funding they need to start their businesses. We have relationships with two major banks and a preferred SBA lender, as well as two of the industry's largest 401k rollover services. These relationships not only increase the number of deals we can do but offer additional revenue streams for our consultants.

The Franchise Select Group offers some of the most unique and robust back office tools and support of any firm in the industry. We own franchise portals, we have agreements with SBA lenders and 401k rollover services, we provide your website, we host webinars for your candidates, we invoice for your deals and we do just about anything else we can do to help our team achieve success and become among the most respected in the industry. Just like most franchises, our success depends on the success of our consultants.

Our training schedule and curriculum
Our initial training session is comprehensive and detailed and is just the first phase in learning to be a top producer in this industry. Our training sessions are conducted via webinar and teleconference so no travel is required. Most training sessions are conducted for four hours a day for three consecutive days and cover everything you need to know to become an effective consultant, from formal franchise documentation and legal issues to relationships with franchisors and clients, to setting up and marketing your consulting business, and more.
