The Gent's Training Program
Gent's will provide new franchisees with a two week training program at our home office in beautiful Pensacola, Florida. You'll be taught operating procedures, marketing and management. Skills you will need to open your store with confidence.
Operations - Gent's Formal Wear has spent over 20 years developing our "operations manual" keeping the program simple and easy to operate. This manual will assist you in your daily operations and provide you with the forms needed to run your business.
Marketing Support - To keep the customers coming into the store, a variety of sales promotions, public relations and advertising programs will be provided to you. These are proven methods that will bring in wedding, prom and special occasion tuxedo orders.
Purchasing Power - Because Gent's has already negotiated buying agreements with many suppliers and manufacturers, you will be able to purchase "brand name" formal wear at some of the best prices in the industry.
Location & Construction - Gent's Formal Wear will help you find the right location for your store and will help with lease negotiations. We will help you design your store and assist throughout the constructions phase.
Support - The Gent's Formal Wear Franchise Director is always available to answer your questions and provide help. He will be visiting each franchise on a regular basis offering advice on key areas.
