The Hand & Stone franchise training program includes a mix of virtual, classroom and hands-on learning for your entire team. New Franchisee Training is for a full week of learning at the Hand & Stone headquarters in Trevose, PA covering all facets of the business, including our company culture, operations & customer service, sales & marketing, and more. Our Manager Development Training is a four-day training session hosted by the Operations team that focuses on managerial roles & responsibilities for your new franchise business. Prior to opening, Hand & Stone corporate trainers will spend five days at your spa, with specialized training programs for massage therapists and licensed estheticians.
