Training And Support

HomeWell is committed to providing our franchise owners with the tools and information needed to succeed from the start. During the initial months, you will receive dedicated support from the Opening Services and Training and Support teams and complete important tasks needed to establish your business, gain industry knowledge, and prepare for a successful business opening. Our goal is to not only help you set expectations and begin navigating the journey into new business ownership, but to launch quickly and effectively with decreased days to the dollar.

Pre-opening support is divided into three key phases:

  • Pre-Training: Understanding the tasks necessary to start a HomeWell franchise and foundational homecare and industry training
  • Core Training: Onsite comprehensive training, a variety of topics ranging from industry education and talent management to business ownership and sales and marketing.
  • Post-Training: As we build on topics presented during Pre-Training and Core Training, these weeks are focused on getting your business ready for launch.

After Your Franchise Opens: Committed to Your Ongoing Success

HomeWell believes in empowering our franchise owners with the knowledge, tools, and training toward lasting financial success, including:

  • Franchise Services Department: The Franchise Services Department is composed of dedicated professionals focused on the success of your business. They will facilitate the successful launch of the business within the first ninety days of operation and provide on-going training and support for the remainder of your time in the franchise system.
  • Launch Phase: During the first ninety days of operation, you will receive weekly support and training in both a group and individual setting led by you dedicated Franchise Business Consultant (FBC). Additionally, you will receive five days of onsite support in your first year of business, including real-time sales support and uncovering sources of business in your local market. This onsite support allows our coaches to fully understand the challenges and opportunities owners face, so they can help suggests new strategies to aid overall growth.
  • Ongoing Support Calls: Our team provides on-going coaching through support tracks tailored to meet your needs—no matter your location or challenge.
  • Sales Onboarding Class: Seven weeks of robust business-to-business sales account education and coaching, including understanding the HomeWell Sales Process and all major B2B accounts that provide client referrals and feed our industry.
  • Learning Management System (LMS): Our learning platform houses over 100 educational modules for the HomeWell business owner and their staff.
  • Other Resources: Sales Team Training, HomeWell Sales Professional Facebook Group, Monthly System-wide Webinars, Newsletters, and continued development and rollout of strong brand programs that differentiate HomeWell among its competitors.

Marketing & Communications

Partnering with national and leading brand agencies, HomeWell develops marketing and communication programs that drive leads to your business, including:

  • Dynamic brand and individual agency websites that effectively relay HomeWell’s unique value proposition and drive leads
