For over 50 years, Huddle House has been the community gathering place where guests enjoy all-day breakfast, lunch or dinner at a value price, served with Southern hospitality. Our centralized supply and focus on lower-cost, higher-margin breakfast foods provides a great earnings opportunity for franchisees.
Our sweet spot is suburban markets and small towns under-served by other restaurants. In fact, most of our top 20% sales restaurants are in towns under 10,000 population. With 400 locations in 25 states, there is still prime market availability and protected territories for single or multi-unit growth.

We welcome hometown entrepreneurs to multi-unit investors. Our unit-level economics can sustain single-unit owners who want a hometown business, or experienced multi-unit owners looking to diversify their portfolios. All candidates must have $600,000 net worth and $200,000 liquid assets per location. Prior restaurant experience is not required.
"Communities like Marion, Illinois, are important to us, and [we] are proud that we’ve been able to create more local jobs because of Huddle House. Starting from the ground up and building our own restaurant was challenging, but the outcome has been worth it. We already have a group of loyal customers who have turned the restaurant into one of their regular gathering places."
—Robert Jellen, single-unit owner
"There were three things that really attracted me to the brand ... the brand culture that I experienced through corporate and talking to other franchisees; the good food that is on the menu; and the compelling unit economics of the Huddle House brand. Looking at it from a diversified brand perspective, out of all the brands that I have, this brand has the lowest food costs. It is pretty impressive how Huddle House maintains this, with the key to their success being the in-house supply chain model that they have."
