Receive an introductory call with a prequalification manager.
Attend a Discovery Day at our corporate headquarters in Okemos, Michigan. We will discuss specific qualification requirements and an overview of the process to own an iCare Repair store.
Receive iCare's Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and application. The FDD explains the iCare franchise and includes a copy of the franchise agreement.
Submit application for approval and complete due diligence. This includes discussions with current franchisees and formulating your business plan. After approval, your franchise agreements will be sent to you.
