The guests go INSIDE the fully-appointed, climate-controlled BUS to be served delicious, hand-dipped, gourmet ice cream and then help themselves to the delectable toppings bar. It’s unique. Training And Support

Our 3 day “ICE Institute” Training program includes every aspect of the business to prepare our new franchisee for success. This includes back office, front line, marketing, customer service, event training, and all areas of the business. We travel to the franchisee’s location to assist with their marketing and grand opening. We schedule weekly calls (or more) for the first several months and as long as desired. We review monthly sales/activity reports and discuss in detail monthly with the franchisee. And we pride ourselves on always being available to assist in any way we can through their entire business with ICE.
