inLIFE Wellness Franchise

Pilates has been the world's most-booked workout three years running, and reformer is its fastest-growing format. The problem: almost every studio is built for people already fit enough to feel at home in one, which leaves most of the demand standing outside. inLIFE built the room they'll actually walk into — every age, every body. 84% of our members had never done Pilates before. 80+ studios open worldwide, zero terminations, and in the US test market every single franchisee is already opening more.

About inLIFE Wellness

inLIFE is boutique Reformer Pilates and fusion fitness, built on a simpler model than the category's mature brands. An 1,800 square foot footprint that fits secondary retail instead of prime. No front desk to staff. A flat monthly royalty instead of a percentage.

Reformer anchors the schedule, with eight-plus fusion formats around it. That's not novelty — it's why members come three and four times a week, and why they're still coming at month six. The studio becomes a community. Communities don't churn.

The Australian parent proved it over four years: 32 franchisees, 80+ studios, zero terminations and zero non-renewals. The US opened in 2025 with one test market — Dallas. Demand outran the plan. Every franchisee there is opening more: eight studios open, eight awarded, in under two years.

Why inLIFE Wellness?

  • Engineered around what's left, not what comes in. The model is built around the operator's take-home, not the franchisor's top line — and the numbers below show what that produces
  • Every US owner is opening more. Not one has stopped at a single studio. In the Dallas test market, every franchisee is on their second, third or fourth
  • Cheaper to build. More to the bottom line. Total investment runs roughly $300,000 below the category average — a smaller footprint in secondary retail instead of prime
  • Fewer moving parts. No front desk to staff, a standardised tech stack, and a member-conversion playbook proven across 80+ studios. Leaner overhead, shorter path to cash-flow positive
  • Twenty minutes a day. One owner runs all four of her studios on a daily check-in with her manager. This is not a sixty-hour-a-week business

Ideal Candidate

You don't need a Pilates background to own an inLIFE studio. You need to be able to run one. Owners come from two places, and both are working in the system today.

The operator in transition. Years into a corporate career and ready for something of their own. Has never taught a class. Brings leadership, financial literacy, and the discipline to run a real business.

The Pilates professional. Years on the reformer and done being paid by the class. Brings fluency in the method and genuine relationships with members. Wants equity instead of hourly pay.

What both need:

  • The ability to hire and lead a small team
  • Comfort being known in your community
  • Ambition past one studio — every US owner is already opening another
  • Liquid capital of $100,000 or more
