Training And Support
The franchise training period is approximately 140 hours total, which includes initial trainings that are held remotely via webinars and conference calls, store immersion training which is seven days of store operations and customer service in one of out corporately owned locations, and grand opening training where we are in store 2-3 days prior to grand opening. Our training program provides a thorough, in depth review and exposure to what is involved in owning and operating a Monkee’s boutique.
