NEXTAFF was originally started as a traditional staffing company in 1998. We prided ourselves on great service, good staff and the flexibility to meet our client's needs. However, we found out that was what every other staffing firm in town was saying!!

At that moment we decided we were going to truly differentiate ourselves from the competition. We invested over a year in research and development to find a proprietary solution that provided exactly what clients wanted. We backed that solution by quantitative data. The final result is our proprietary X-FACTOR process.

Through our X-FACTOR, you'll be able to stand out from the crowd and provide custom recruiting strategies to your clients...and have the data to back it up.

In 2016, we became the Franchise Division of Malone Workforce Solutions. Other divisions include Malone Staffing and JC Malone & Associates. Collectively, we are one of the largest staffing companies in the United States.

Ideal Candidate

  • B2B Sales Experience and desire is key
  • Executive experience with P&L responsibility
  • Active in the business
  • Staffing experience can be a plus, but not required
  • High energy, positive attitude

Franchise Site

  • Flex space for up to 6 months
  • Retail or Office space long-term

Employee Requirements

  • 2 at opening
  • 3 within 180 days
  • Then appx 1 Account Mgr per $1mm in temp wages
