Oasis Senior Advisors is a home-based, low-investment, low-overhead model helping seniors and their families find housing options. As a franchisee, you provide a FREE RESOURCE to seniors and their families to help them find senior living communities, whether that be assisted living, memory care, or an independent living community. The communities pay you a fee that is typically 70% -75% of their monthly bed fee. Your role would be that of a consultant assisting families searching for assisted living options for their loved ones.


Implementing a clear process, and leveraging comprehensive support, Oasis franchisees focus on the model's 3 SIMPLE REFERRAL SOURCES, social workers, hospital discharge nurses, and geriatric professionals. You help families by determining needs, providing guidance and empathy, and introducing them to the right facility.
