Ideal Candidate

Successful franchisees are people who are comfortable building relationships and have a passion for people. They tend to be comfortable on the phone speaking to several different people throughout the day. They have excellent follow through skills, time management, and self-discipline to work independently. Sales Experience and/or Sales Ability is a plus, but we have great franchisees from many different backgrounds, including Hospitality, HR, Marketing and Operations.

Training and On Boarding Franchise success starts with great Training and On Boarding. At Patrice & Associates, Our Training and On Boarding process is second to none. We stay with you through your ramp up period to make sure you know how to operate a successful Patrice & Associates franchise opportunity. Approximately 90% of our franchisees have never been in Executive Search (Recruiting), have no experience in Hospitality and are first time business owners. And that’s OK! Hospitality is not rocket science and never changes. As an example, the Olive Garden doesn’t want to interview a Taco Bell Assistant manager. Makes sense and doesn’t change. We are all about matching great people with great jobs. Changing people’s lives with better pay, better benefits, better quality of life. Executive Search is developing relationship with clients (restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, etc) and people looking for jobs. We offer: 3 Week Training Program: 1 Week Virtual, 2 Weeks at Headquarters. 1 Week Classroom instruction including live phone labs! 1 Week On the Job Experience (OJE). You’ll leave working real job orders and candidates. 6 weeks post education curriculum. 90 days operational mentoring from an experienced successful peer mentor. 6 months business coaching.
