Since our humble beginnings in 2012, PickUp USA has grown to be the nation’s premier basketball gym for casual players to NBA stars.

Training And Support

The PickUp USA franchisee training and support program is an industry leading curriculum that ensures franchisee’s have the best opportunity for success in their local market.

It starts during site selection. PickUp USA has a seasoned real estate team that provides comprehensive market analysis to determine viability of different regions within a franchisee’s territory. From there, the franchisee works with the real estate team to identify suitable facilities for lease, purchase, or build. Once a facility is selected, the PickUp USA real estate team supports the franchisee with negotiations all the way through lease execution or purchase contract.

After the facility is secured, PickUp USA’s operations team steps in to coordinate the buildout of the location. Franchisees have a dedicated contact at the corporate office available seven days a week that works hand-in-hand with the franchisee during the build out process.

During the buildout, PickUp USA’s operations team takes the franchisee and their staff through a comprehensive multi-module training program that involves web-based training, training onsite at franchisee’s store, and training at PickUp USA corporate operated stores.

The operations team also helps franchisee establish pre-sales campaigns in which PickUp USA franchise locations average over 200 sign ups before the club opens.

After the training is complete and the club is built out, the operations team is at the location for several days during the soft and grand opening period to ensure a smooth launch of the business.

After the grand opening, franchisees are assigned a dedicated representative from the corporate office who will stay with them for the life of the business to help grow and develop the location and achieve the franchisee’s financial and operational objectives.
