Benefits

A franchisee (or operating partner) and his or her general managers are required to complete an initial training program. This requirement may be waived for individuals who have managed one of the franchisor's restaurants within the last 18 months. The training program includes both classroom and hands-on activities and takes about one to two months to complete. Additional training may be required occasionally.
