This was a passion to honor my Dad who had the original Pap D’s as a kid growing up we would work the sausage and peppers at festivals and fairs plus all the family Italian specialties form 100 years of family recipes. During Hurricane Sandy My Dad and I took the trailer to devastated areas and fed the families emergency workers and volunteers no charge that was who he was. We wanted to have a free standing location where we could bring both our families recipes to the town of Tuckerton. From home made Meatballs , Mozzarella , Red Sauce and so much more. The Tuckerton Community has been nothing but Loving , Supportive and Loyal to Papa D’s from day one.

Last Winter we stayed open but Madlyn & I went to warmer climate as I have arthritis and knee problems from years in the Concrete business cant take the cold anymore. We are not absentee people not in our DNA.

So this year we did as we have done in years past and shut down for the winter.

After many sleepless nights and long discussions we have both agreed to allow someone else to achieve their dream of being their own Boss having their own place.
