The ownership group has assembled an experienced team of infrastructure professionals with a demonstrated ability to identify strategic opportunities, navigate complex development challenges, and unlock value where regulatory, utility, entitlement, construction, and other barriers often prevent projects from advancing.

While the ownership group is open to a sale of the Data Center development, its primary objective is to identify a well-capitalized strategic partner who can help bring the project through development and construction while potentially establishing a long-term relationship to pursue additional Data Center opportunities throughout the United States.

Accordingly, ownership is open to a variety of transaction structures, including a full acquisition, partial sale, joint venture, development partnership, or broader strategic relationship.

The team has already identified multiple geographic markets where similar combinations of power, fiber connectivity, land, infrastructure, and market demand may create attractive opportunities for additional Data Center developments. The vision is to leverage the experience, relationships, and development capabilities assembled through this project to create a repeatable platform for identifying and developing strategically located Data Center infrastructure.

Ownership would also prefer a structure under which its affiliated construction company has the opportunity to serve as General Contractor for the development. The company is led by an experienced and well-respected General Contractor with a long history of developing, constructing, and operating critical infrastructure, including wireless infrastructure, fiber networks, and Edge Data Centers.

The ideal transaction is therefore not necessarily an exit, but a strategic relationship with an experienced Data Center owner, operator, developer, infrastructure investor, or capital partner that recognizes both the value of the current project and the potential to develop additional Data Center opportunities together.
