You do not need to have design experience but at least one of the partners should have some passion around interior design, real estate and furnishings, home organization or event planning. We are looking for franchise partners that want to release their creativity, build a team and be part of an organization with a positive culture. As this is truly a B to B type of business, you should be outgoing and proactive. A marketing or operations background is ideal.
