We have successfully fostered relationships with ALL of the major appliance manufacturers and have locked in great pricing on inventory. Appliances are a BILLION dollar industry and is growing bigger every year. We source inventory for 18-23% MSRP and you will pass those savings along to the customer at 50-60% MSRP.

We're open to other areas in both states and will consider all options.

About the Business
- Facilities & Assets
- No facility is available. That will be your responsibility as the franchisee/distributor. What we will include with your initial fees are exterior signage, territorial rights, basic marketing materials, interior signage and your first truckload(s) of inventory. it is recommended to order one truckload per 1,000 sq. ft. of retail space. the initial $38,000 fee only includes one truckload of inventory - this fee will increase if more than one truckload is ordered. NO royalty fees are required.
- Market Outlook / Competition
- We will offer basic marketing materials to get you started. We will help advise you on how to build a Facebook page for your business and how to utilize it effectively to advertise your business. You will need to create a website as well. You will have territorial rights in your county - This will ensure market saturation stays at a minimum.
About the Sale
- Transition Support
- We will offer 30 hours of unpaid training in a high volume retail location to help develop you into a successful salesperson. Also, an optional 20 hours of unpaid training in operation and delivery to understand the backend of the business and delivery procedures. We will also offer continued training and guidance via Google Meets.
